Do I have to inform Happy Mail once PayNow transfer is made?
Yes. This ensures us matching your order number and payment in a timely matter so we can get your secret package to you ASAP!
After payment, simply reply to the confirmation order email or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order no. and that you've paid!
What locations do Happy Mail deliver to?
We deliver to locations across Singapore using SingPost as our trusted logistics partner. Where SingPost's postmen can go, your package will be there!
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders from overseas due to logistics, time, and cost constraints.
What are the delivery charges?
We offer FREE delivery for the SingPost mail option, on orders above $9.90. As long as your shopping cart meets the threshold, the prices you see on our website are what you get, with no hidden additional charges for shipping your order!
How long does it take for the package to reach me?
Once we've verified your payment, our lightning-fast staff springs into action, packing your package with care and sending it on its merry way via SingPost. Usually, it takes 2-3 working days for the goodies to reach your eager
pantshands. But hey, remember, delivery times can be as mysterious as a thrilling romance novel, so we can't guarantee the exact arrival date.
For some older estates in Singapore, the conventional mail boxes may not have a rear door that postmen can unlock with their master keys. For these, the package would be too large to insert through the mail box slot.
The postmen will slip a delivery advice under your door, directing you to collect your secret goods at the nearest post office if no one's at home to collect it. No peeking neighbors allowed!
Will my package get lost in the mail?
The chances of your package going on an unexpected vacation (AKA lost mail) via SingPost normal mail are incredibly slim. However, like a rare unicorn sighting, there's still a teeny-tiny risk.
Unfortunately, if by some mysterious twist of fate, your package does go astray, we won't be able to offer refunds. In the vast majority of cases, it's simply a delay and the items eventually show up! We also include a return address so missing packages find their way back to us most of the time!
Cancellation, return and refund
Can I cancel my order after it is made?
We're sorry to say that once you've hit that payment button, it's a done deal. We're like speedy delivery ninjas, eager to whisk your order off to you as quickly as possible. That means we usually ship out orders faster than you can say "refund."
So please double-check your choices before sealing the deal. We're here to make you happy, but cancellations and refunds are a no-go once the payment has been done.
Can I get a refund if my package gets lost in the mail?
