Are the products safe?
Our products are sourced from authorised dealers in Singapore. The dealers are the same ones who supply to local retail stores. Thus, our patrons can be assured that the items ordered through Happy Mail are as safe, reliable and genuine as those obtained from retail stores!
Why are the products cheaper than elsewhere?
Happy Mail operates as an online store and so is not burdened by the overheads of a brick and mortar retail store. We pass these cost savings to our patrons who gets a fairer deal than elsewhere!
Best of all, we do not charge delivery fees so the price that you see at Happy Mail is what you really get!
Is my identity safe?
Absolutely. We place top priority in the privacy of our patrons. Happy Mail was set up is to provide a secure and discreet platform for our patrons who value the secrecy of their identities. Our patrons can be assured that Happy Mail will not share their details with anyone or third parties unless for the purpose of facilitating the specific online transaction.
How do I place an order?
1. Add the items you wish to purchase to the cart.
2. You can review your items and quantities in the cart or check out directly.
3. Fill up the order form and place your order.
Is it necessary to create an account?
Not at all. Creating an account is optional. You can make payment directly without an account. However, creating an account will allow you to accumulate points for every dollar spent. Points can be used for discounts on your future purchases!
Creating an account also helps you save time and hassle from having to re-enter your details during future purchases from Happy Mail. Additionally, you will be entitled to email updates on exclusive members-only deals and updates such as new products.
How do I make payment?
Happy Mail offers both credit card payment via SmoovPay (a Singapore based credit card processor) and internet banking transfer method.
For credit card payment, SmoovPay accepts Visa and MasterCard.
For internet banking transfers, Happy Mail accepts transfers to either our POSB or OCBC bank account. After your order has been checked out, you will be directed to a page where the instructions for the fund transfer will be stated.

Do I have to inform Happy Mail once the direct bank transfer has been made?
Yes. This is necessary to ensure that we are able to match the order number and payment reference number. You can either use the email reply template which will be sent to your mailbox upon the submission of the order or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the format below:

Can I cancel my order?
We regret to inform you that once orders and payments are made, they cannot be cancelled. However, for orders made with the payment option via internet banking transfer, payments not received by Happy Mail within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.
How will the package look?
Happy Mail is mindful of our patron’s privacy. Thus, we have taken great care to ensure that the contents will not be easily discernable by others. Your package will come in a plain yellow envelope lined with bubble wrap to reduce the chances of damage to the content(s) sustained during the delivery process. The content(s) will also be wrapped in opaque paper in case pesky family members decide to open the sealed envelope to take a peek.
There will also be no indication of Happy Mail anywhere on the envelope.
What locations do Happy Mail deliver to?
We deliver to locations within Singapore, employing the use of Singapore Post (Singpost) as our third-party logistics provider. We regret to inform our patrons that due to logistics, time and cost constraints, Happy Mail will not be able to accept orders from overseas.
What are the delivery charges?
The prices you see on Happy Mail are applicable for the SingPost normal mail option which we are providing for free!
How long does it take for the package to arrive?
Shortly upon verification of your payment, our staff ships out your package via Singpost. Singpost usually takes 2-3 working days to deliver the package. The stated delivery period is for reference only. As we rely on Singpost, a third-party logistics provider, we will not be able to guarantee the actual delivery duration.
For some estates in Singapore, the mail boxes may not have a rear door that postmen can unlock with their master keys. For these conventional mail boxes, the package would be too large to insert through the mail box slot. The postmen will then slip a delivery advice under your door for collection of the package at the nearest post office if no one is at your residence to collect it.
Will my package get lost in the mail?
Lost packages via Singpost’s ordinary mail service are rare. However, there is still a slight risk of such an occurrence. As such, we encourage patrons to opt for Singpost’s registered mail option for peace of mind that their package will be tracked and delivered to their doorstep.
We regret to inform our patrons that Happy Mail will not be able to refund patrons for any lost mail through the ordinary mail service via Singpost.
What are points & rewards and the conversion rates?
To reward our loyal patrons, we are rewarding one point to our patron for every dollar spent. Points enable you to use them as discounts for your next purchase from Happy Mail. Our conversion rate goes like this: 75 points entitle you to a S$1 discount on your next purchase.
What do I need to do to start accumulating points?
You will need to first create an account with us so that the points accumulated when you purchase an item from Happy Mail can be tagged to your account. Once an account is created and you have purchased your item, the points earned can be viewed in the ‘My Account’ page. To create an account, click on this link!
Will my points expire?
Yes, they will. Unused points accumulated in your account will expire at the end of 6 months from the last purchase date. To keep your points valid, all you have to do is to make a purchase on Happy Mail within 6 months from the last time you bought something from us for your happy times!
Happy Mail reserves the right to terminate the Points and Rewards scheme at any time without prior notice. The unused accumulated points as at the date of termination of the scheme will be valid for the subsequent 6 months to be used for purchase of items on our website.
Happy Mail reserves the right to switch to another Points and Rewards scheme at any time without prior notice. The unused accumulated points will be transferred to the new scheme at an economic value similar to that before the switch and is subjected to the discretion of Happy Mail.
Can I exchange my points for cash?
Unfortunately, points can only be used to offset your next purchase as a discount and is not exchangeable for cash.

What are the refund and exchange policies?
Payment after order made
We regret to inform our patrons that once payment has been made, we will not be able to perform a refund. As we strive to ensure that our patrons receive their package in the fastest time possible, we usually ship the orders almost as soon as payment is verified.
Do email us at email@example.com or drop us a message through our ‘Contact us’ should you face any payment issues. In cases where excess amounts have been remitted via internet banking transfer, please contact us as soon as you can and we will be able to assist you.

Upon receipt of package
Due to the nature of the product sold at Happy Mail, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for the package received by our patrons. However, do rest assured that our staff takes every possible step in ensuring that the package is properly inspected and handled with care before shipping it out.
